On February 27, 2024, in order to further improve employees' awareness and operation skills of explosion-proof and anti-static knowledge, our company successfully held an explosion-proof and anti-static knowledge training activity. This training invited well-known experts in the industry as lecturers, and the company's on-site installation and construction personnel and employees of relevant departments participated in the training, aiming to enhance the safety awareness of employees and reduce the potential safety hazards in the process of equipment manufacturing and on-site construction.

In the explosion-proof knowledge training session, the lecturer first introduced the hazards of explosions, including personal injury, environmental damage and property damage. Subsequently, the causes of the explosion, the basic knowledge of explosion-proof, the use and maintenance of explosion-proof equipment, the division and identification of explosion-proof areas, and the formulation and exercise of emergency plans were explained in detail. Through case analysis, video display and other forms, so that employees deeply understand the importance of explosion-proof work, and master the basic explosion-proof knowledge and skills.
In the anti-static knowledge training, the lecturer first explained the definition of static electricity, the cause and the possible harm of static electricity to production equipment, personnel and the environment. Subsequently, anti-static measures are introduced, including the use of anti-static materials, grounding measures, increasing humidity, the use of ion fans and wearing anti-static clothing. In addition, the importance of establishing a sound electrostatic safety management system and operating specifications is also emphasized to improve employees' electrostatic safety awareness.
