CIP cleaning system, the full name of the Cleaning In Place (in situ cleaning system), is a widely used in industrial manufacturing, equipment maintenance, pipeline cleaning and other fields of intelligent cleaning technology. The system can efficiently clean pipes, containers and other equipment on the production line without disassembling or moving the equipment, thereby ensuring product quality and safety, and significantly improving production efficiency. CIP cleaning system is mainly composed of cleaning liquid preparation tank, control valve, booster pump, booster pump, return pump, temperature controller, conductivity detector, liquid level controller, PLC touch screen and control cabinet, pipeline, etc.
The principle of CIP cleaning system is mainly based on the role of cyclic scouring and chemical agents, and its working principle is summarized as follows:
Cleaning fluid preparation: according to the cleaning requirements, select the appropriate cleaning fluid formula and concentration, and prepare in the cleaning fluid preparation tank. Commonly used detergents include acid, alkali detergents and sterilization detergents, which can remove dirt and residues from the surface of the equipment through chemical reactions.
Cleaning fluid delivery: the use of the transfer pump to transport the cleaning fluid to the cleaning of the pipeline and equipment. In this process, the concentration, temperature, flow and other parameters of the cleaning solution can be automatically adjusted according to the preset program.
Cyclic flushing: the cleaning liquid forms a high-speed liquid flow inside the pipeline and equipment, and the dirt, oil stains and residues on the surface of the equipment are stripped and taken away by mechanical and chemical actions such as flushing, dissolution and dispersion. At the same time, the system will monitor the concentration of cleaning fluid changes, and timely add new cleaning fluid to maintain the best cleaning effect.
Waste liquid treatment: the waste liquid after cleaning is collected through the recovery system, and is filtered and separated to remove impurities and pollutants. The treated waste liquid can be reused or safely discharged according to the actual situation. Intelligent control: CIP cleaning system adopts fully automatic control mode, through the preset cleaning program and sensor monitoring, to achieve intelligent management of the cleaning process. The system can automatically adjust the cleaning parameters according to the actual situation, such as cleaning time, temperature, pressure, etc., to ensure that the cleaning effect reaches the best state.
