Using Two vibration motors rotate synchronously in opposite directions. The centrifugal force generated by their eccentric blocks cancels each other out in the direction parallel to the motor axis, while adding up in the vertical direction to form a resultant force. This force compels the screen box to vibrate along a linear trajectory. The motor axis is at a certain angle (usually 15°–35°) to the screen surface. Combined with the resultant force of the exciting force and the material's gravity, this pushes the material to move. The material on the screen surface is subjected to periodic exciting force, is thrown up, and moves forward in a jumping manner, forming a continuous linear motion trajectory. Fine particles penetrate the screen holes due to inertia and become the undersize material, while coarse particles move along the screen surface to the discharge port.

By adjusting the vibration frequency, amplitude, and screen angle, the material residence time and screening probability are controlled to adapt to materials with different bulk densities or particle sizes.
