Product Introduction
The tunnel sterilization machine uses ultraviolet radiation to sterilize the outer bag.
The sterilization machine is mainly composed of a sterilization tunnel and two conveying chain shafts. When the packaging bag runs to the middle of the equipment, it can smoothly transition from the first conveying chain shaft to the second conveying chain shaft. The relative position of the stainless steel supporting chain shaft and the packaging bag changes without radiation dead angle.

The equipment is compact, no radiation dead angle, ≥ 30s can kill harmful bacteria on the surface of the bag;
● The conveying speed is adjustable, and the ultraviolet intensity is adjustable;
● Configurable ultraviolet radiation intensity attenuation detection function;
● Equipped with 1m conveyor belt at both ends;
External vacuum cleaner, micro negative pressure inside the equipment to prevent dust flying;
Easy to clean, in line with GMP requirements;
The whole 304 stainless steel manufacturing, no dead angle;
