Product Introduction
Pneumatic mixer is the core product of our company. It integrates the conveying function, sucks the materials to be mixed into the mixing bin, and can also send the mixed materials to the designated place by pressure, which can meet a variety of production processes.
The working principle is that after the material enters the mixing bin, the pulse compressed air/nitrogen at the beginning makes the material volume expand, so that the material has a certain flow state. Then the pulsation of the material in the central part of the silo goes up, the pulsation of the surrounding material goes down, the top material spreads outward from the center, and the bottom material moves from the periphery to the center, realizing the pulsation cycle of the material, so that the material is fully mixed.
