Fluidized bed is a new type of fluidized and efficient drying equipment suitable for drying granular and powdery materials. It has the advantages of easy operation, energy saving, environmental protection, etc., and is a new type of equipment that has gradually developed and expanded its application in the past ten years. There are many types of fluidized beds, and different fluidized beds are selected according to different usage scenarios.

Vibrating fluidized bed:
The working principle of the vibrating fluidized bed is to use the vibration source (such as vibration motor) installed on the equipment to generate exciting force, so that the material in the fluidized bed to produce jumping, throwing and other movements, thereby increasing the gap between the material particles and the contact area with the hot air. This movement mode is conducive to the uniform drying and heat and mass transfer process of the material, and improves the drying efficiency.

Contact Fluidized Bed:
The contact fluidized bed works by bringing the solid particles into direct contact with a fluid (usually a gas or a liquid) to achieve suspension and mixing of the solid particles. This manner of contact allows the solid particles to be more evenly distributed in the fluid, thereby enhancing the interaction between the solid particles and the fluid. In a contact fluidized bed, fluid typically enters through the bottom or sides of the bed to contact and suspend the solid particles. Due to the flow of the fluid and the suspension of the solid particles, a liquid-like flow state will be formed inside the bed, thereby achieving sufficient contact and mixing of the solid particles and the fluid.

back mixed flow fluidized bed:
It is mainly used to process materials that cannot be fluidized in the initial state, but can be fluidized after being placed in a dryer for a short time. The design of this fluidized bed keeps the state of the material in the fluidized bed far below the fluidization point, so that the material can be evenly distributed on the bed surface and obtain a suitable fluidization effect.
