Product Introduction
Vibration feeder, as a special material conveying equipment, is mainly used to block, granular and powdery materials from the silo or other storage equipment uniform, continuous or quantitative transport to the material receiving equipment.
The working principle of the equipment is that the motor and the material pipe are connected and fixed, and the angle between the motor and the center line of the material pipe is 45 °. When the vibration motor works, it generates exciting force and is perpendicular to the center line of the vibration motor. The exciting force on the material pipe is inclined upward and points to the discharge end (discharge port). The material in the material pipe bounces upward obliquely, and then the bouncing material falls down. Every time the vibration motor rotates, the material in the material pipe moves a certain distance in the direction of the discharge port. As long as the vibration motor does not stop, the material fed from the feed port to the material pipe moves continuously to the discharge port, thus realizing vibration conveying.
