Product Introduction
The column-type lifting hopper mixer is mainly composed of a machine base, a vertical column, a rotary fork frame, a hopper, a driving and control system and a safety device. The working principle is to put the materials to be mixed into the hopper, and push the mixing barrel into the rotary fork frame and lock the nut. Start the control system, the column began to lift, drive the hopper together to rise to the set mixing height and reliable positioning. After the hopper reaches the predetermined height, the drive system starts to work, and automatically mixes according to the set time, speed and other data. After the mixing operation, the column descends and the hopper automatically descends to the ground. At this time, manually loosen the lock nut of the rotary fork frame (or rotary arm), push out or discharge the mixed material, and proceed to the next process.
