Pulsed fluidized gas tray is a kind of equipment widely used in pneumatic conveying. Its structural features include multiple gas flow channels and pulse control devices, which can inject pulsed gas flow into the material layer according to preset frequency and timing.
When the pulse fluidized gas tray works, the compressed air is injected into the material layer in the form of pulse through its internal air flow channel and pulse control device. These pulsed gas flows are characterized by instantaneous high flow rates and periodic variations. The pulse gas flow spreads rapidly in the material layer, forming strong disturbance and shear force. These forces reduce the friction between the material particles, and the material layer becomes loose and presents a fluidized state. The material in the fluidized state has better fluidity and transportability.
