The flow aid air disc is usually composed of stainless steel mandrel, rubber pad bed (silicone part), built-in check valve, sealing gasket, lock nut, hose connector and other components. When the gas enters the flow aid gas disc through the hose connector, it will produce two actions of blowing and vibration at the same time. The blowing action can blow away the bridge in the material, while the vibration action can cause relative movement between the material particles, thus destroying the arching phenomenon and promoting the smooth flow of the material.
